No returns will be accepted without prior authorization and an appropriate RMA.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping errors need to be reported within 5 days of receipt of the product. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer (Except as noted below).
Due to the volatile nature of Lipo batteries all warranty issues will be handled directly with the manufacturer. We chose our vendor based on their reputation and ability to service warranty issues in the states. Please contact their support through their website. If you have any issues dealing with them please feel free to contact Twisted Quads, we are your advocate in this relationship and will do everything in our power to ensure you have a satisfactory experience.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged. Due to the nature of the electronic components we strongly encourage you to test items before modifying them in any fashion. Failure to report a problem before altering the item may waive your right to exchange or refund.
If you wish to exchange unopened items you may do so with prior approval. Twisted Quads will waive our restocking fee, however you will be responsible for shipping in both directions.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
When you are shipping your items you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
